I believe that the foundation of any true relationship, partnership, collaboration, etc., all begins with trust. Open communication built on trust, transparency and trustworthy-ness not only fosters a healthy and positive environment, but is also essential for success in the workplaces, thriving relationships and living a happy life.

I strive to work hard, efficiently and successfully in a timely manner. Although, hard work does not just include putting in the hours, it alsol emphasizes the importance of dedication, perseverance and putting in the effort to achieve goals. I will always get the job done and put my all into every project, no matter the size. 

A significant core value of mine is compassion. True compassion goes beyond understanding and acknowledging how others may feel; it compels us to care for those in need, involving a willingness to act and create a positive difference and/or outcome. . 

Treating every person in this world with kindness is value of mine that I think is often lost in today's society. I believe there is good in everyone and sometimes all it takes is a little kindness to let the good shine.  Expressing even the smallest amount of kindness can go a very long way.

I value the relationships that form throughout my life, no matter how small. Whether that be family, friends, co-workers or really anyone who impacts me in an some way, the concept of meaningful relationships relys on mutual connection and growth. It's about fostering relationships that bring enrichment and fulfillment to life. I enjoy working in groups and creating a mutual respect for others.

My final core value, conquering fears, is not about "conquering" in the traditional sense of defeating an enemy. It is about courage, growth and resilience. Because conquering fears is a journey, not a destination, there will always be new challenges and uncertainties to face. But, by embracing fears and learning how to navigate/conquer them, it is easy to live a more fulfilling life.
